2.4 To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or accuracy.

2.5 If you purchased the App through Apple, you may contact Apple for a refund if the App fails to conform to applicable warranty rules. Apple bears no other warranty obligations regarding the App.

3. Account Registration

3.1 To use certain features of the Services, you may be required to create an account ("Account") and provide accurate information.

3.2 You represent and warrant that:

6.2 Payments are processed exclusively through Apple App Store. We do not store your payment information.

6.3 All fees are non-refundable unless required by law or explicitly stated otherwise.

6.4 Subscription renewals and cancellations are managed through your Apple ID account settings.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.2 Our total liability for any claim arising from the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past twelve (12) months.

7.3 HoliSpira is not responsible for any physical or health outcomes resulting from your reliance on information or recommendations within the App. Always consult your doctor before changing exercise, diet, or supplement routines.

8. Termination

8.1 We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

8.2 Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

9. Governing Law

9.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Slovak Republic, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

9.2 EU users retain the protection afforded by mandatory consumer laws of their country of residence.

11. Apple-Specific Terms

11.1 You acknowledge that Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and may enforce them against you as such.

11.2 These Terms are between you and HoliSpira, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.

11.3 In case of App defects, you may contact Apple for a refund. Apple will have no further warranty obligations regarding the App.
